TERMS & CONDITIONS

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

These tours are under the management of EgitaLloyd Travel. of Cairo, Egypt, hereinafter referred to as "Tour Operator", and/or sub-agents, act only as agent for the passengers and assume no responsibility or liability in connection with the accommodation or the service of any means of travel, whether by aircraft motorcar, motor coach, cruise-ship, balloon, or other conveyance which may be used wholly or in part in the operation of this tour, nor will Tour Operator be responsible for or assume liability for injury, damage, death, loss, additional expenses, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned for any reason whatsoever, including defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers, or providing transportation to the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or for any losses or additional expenses occasioned directly or indirectly by acts of God, delay or changes in schedules, overbooking or sickness, weather, strikes, war quarantine, epidemics, pilferage, customs or immigration regulations or other acts of circumstances beyond the Tour Operator's control. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passengers. Baggage, cameras and personal belongings are at the "owner 's risk" throughout the tour, unless insured.

The right is reserved to make any changes in the itinerary or to withdraw any or all tours where deemed necessary or caused by changes in air schedules or unforeseen country conditions. The right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which case full refund will constitute full settlement by the passenger. No refund will be made for any unused portion of the tour. The right is reserved to decline, to accept or retain any passenger as a member of the tour, in which case a full refund or equitable amount will be refunded, but this amount shall not exceed the amount paid by the passenger(s). No refund can be made for any future or portion of the program not used by the passenger during the operation of the tour. The issuance and acceptance of a voucher or ticket shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions and acceptance of reservations is on the specific condition that the terms and conditions above are agreed to by the passengers. The sole responsibility of any airlines used in our tours are limited to that set out in the passenger contract evidenced by the ticket. Airline and other carriers are not responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. Similar responsibilities as noted above applies to all types of carriers. In addition, the services of any IATA or local carriers may be used in connection with the tour. The cost of our tours are subject to change due to any increase from airlines, hotels, and cruise-ships.

PAYMENT

• Deposit 25% due upon confirmation
• Balance 75% due 60 days prior arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Full refund if cancelled between 90-60 days prior arrival
• 25% Cancellation fees if cancelled between 60-45 days prior arrival
• 50% Cancellation fees if cancelled between 45-30 days prior arrival
• 75% Cancellation fees if cancelled between 30-15 days prior arrival
• Full Cancellation fees if cancelled 15 days prior arrival

Important notice : Final payments due at the time of cancellation remain the responsibility of the passenger and cancellation penalties apply to amounts due. No refund will be made for any unused portion of the tour. EgitaLloyd Travel strongly recommends that you purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance, which will reimburse you for cancellation penalties and extra trip expenses should a circumstance covered by the policy force you to cancel or interrupt your trip.

BAGGAGE

• Baggage is limited to 2 pieces weighing no more than 44 lbs total per person and one carry-on bag (small size)

INSURANCE

• For your protection, we highly recommend travel insurance.

PASSPORT AND ENTRY VISA

• A valid passport and visa are required.
• American travelers can obtain a visa upon arrival at Cairo airport as long as their American passport is valid for 6 month at least. A tourist visa can be obtained for $ 15.00, payable in U.S. dollars. This amount is subject to change.

TOUR PRICE INCLUSIONS

• All transfers between airports, hotels and ship, including baggage handling, from arrival in Cairo to departure from Cairo.
• Sight-seeing including entrance fees as indicated in program accompanied by English speaking Egyptologist in Cairo.
• On cruise services of the resident guide onboard.
• All tours and transfers are provided by a private deluxe mini van Meeting, greeting and assistance upon arrivals and departures.
• Meals as indicated by B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner.
• Soft drinks and mineral water during touring in Cairo.
• Service charges as imposed by hotels and government authorities.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUSIONS

• Cost of obtaining entry visa stamp (purchased on arrival); Cost of optional tours; items not specifically mentioned as included; Excess baggage charges; Meals not shown as included in the itinerary; items of personal nature such as laundry, bottled water & beverages with meals etc; room service; laundry; phone calls; gratuites.
